| Terms of Payment & Discount Structure: |
| 1. Booking is based on first come first served base. |
| 2. Discount @ 15% shall be given if booked before 15th Nov., 2007 |
| 3. Discount @ 10% shall be given if booked before 30th Nov., 2007 |
| 4. 5% additional discount shall be given to loyal (repeat) participants. |
5. Booking shall be considered confirmed only if 25% of the booking price is paid as booking advance |
| 6. An additional discount of 5% shall be given if 100% payment is made at the time of booking as advance |
7. In case of Sponsorship all cost is to be paid by the party i.e. rates are only for providing space for advertisement. |
| 8. No discounts on Sponsorships |
| 9. Service Tax @ 12.36% as applicable shall be charged additional |
